Dr. Gupta is the absolute most caring, kindest and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. She has a way of explainig things about type 1 diabetes which my daughter has, to where we understand and feel more comfortable. She is very passionate about her job, never rushes her patients and always goes above and beyond to make sure that all needs are met as well as making myself and my daughter feel much more at ease about her condition. The way Dr. Gupta conducts herself as a doctor as well as the way she operates her practice is unlike any other doctor I have ever encountered! Its always a pleasure meeting with her and she is truly a rare gem!

Dr. Gupta takes her time to not only listen to parent concerns, she pays especially close attention to what your child says and how he feels. Her response time is impeccable. She communicates in your preferred manor.
When you call, SHE answers. Not a secretary or nurse. If she's in with a client, SHE will return your call after her appointment. This leaves little to no room for a communication error.

My son was diagnosed as type 1 at age 9. He's now 18. We've had some very hard times. He's been burnt out on it all for years. Not to mention we were both tired of waiting to be seen, as well as having to communicate with doctors and nurses through an answering service. It seemed we had come to a dead end with his health, his appointments, with everything! Nothing was getting done. Nothing was improving.
Then I remembered... Dr. Gupta. We were lucky enough to cross paths with her right before she started her own practice, and I am so thankful for that.
At our 1st appointment, we walked in and immediately were greeted by Dr. Gupta. Everything felt real "easy" - and as we all know, nothing is easy when it comes to diabetes. I cannot speak on what it's like 1st hand, but I can say that my son sat down on the couch and whispered to me "I already like this much better."
Dr. Gupta made the comment about being "a doctor in your pocket." She has been just that, and though we are at the beginning of this journey with her, I have a feeling she will be much more. I worry less. Which means I am stressing him less. He seems to be more on top of things AND communicates with her regularly to adjust doses, etc...
For the 1st time in a long time, I feel excited and hopeful.

Highly recommend Dr. Gupta! We were able to get an appointment very quickly and have all of the necessary tests completed. We would have waited another year or more if we would have stayed with our former endocrinologist. Dr. Gupta takes her time with you, listens to all of your concerns and answers any questions you may have. She is available anytime you need her. We are so happy to have found her and our daughter is finally getting the medication she desperately needs!!!
